Hello all!

Here's my outfit for Gyaru Finland's Xmas Meetup from last Saturday. We went to sit in a cafe, took some pictures and went to a few shops. It was quite a short meetup, I had to leave pretty early to go eat with my boyfriend~ I like shorter meetups though, since the wigs and makeup start to get really uncomfortable after some hours ^^'

I wanted to have something Christmas themed and after coming up with the outfit I realized I needed a head piece to complete the outfit. So inspired by Pin's last year Halloween outfit I decided to have a bow with some decorations on it!

You can't really tell from the pictures but I matched my piercings with my other golden jewelry~ When they have completely healed I'm going to change them to golden rings! ^^

With Pin, I am always amazed with his hair skills, I mean dayummm if that isn't the most gorgeous piece of wig I have ever seen. Until his next creation of course.

Nightmare♥Before♥Christmas

So I realized I never posted my Halloween look(s) here! Sorry about that!

So this was my outfit and make up for our company Halloween party! I won the first place on the "Scariest Costume" category and received lots of compliments, so I guess this look was a success! ^^ I liked it a lot, but can't say the same for my skin, hahaha ^^' But it was still worth it!! And I got a good excuse to wear a sailor uniform!

I also attended another party a week after, and since I wanted to be comfy and not put too much strain on my face I just opted for one small scar, since they are fun to make~ I don't have may pictures, but here's at least one! My friends lovingly called me Russian hooker ♥

Damn I love those shoes but they hurt like hell. The most painful shoes I have ever own ; _ ;

I have some pictures I haven't posted, I'll try to get to it during my Christmas vacation, I have been crazy busy and tired so I haven't had any time to update! I have promised myself that I will cut down on activities next year so I have more time to do stuff that I actually want to do! I have some wigs already waiting in line to be customized and I have some outfit ideas as well! :3 So stay tuned!

♛ Gina Glamour ♛ Wig Tutorial with Winkie Winkie Verkkokauppa

Hello everyone, and sorry for my hiatus!

It was not intentional but stuff kind of kept piling up and made it difficult to dress up. Biggest reason is being busy most of the time, and I also got laser surgery on my eyes last Thursday! I haven't been allowed to wear any makeup, let alone contact lenses, so I have been looking even more basic than I usually do on my normal days ^^' But tomorrow I am getting rid of the protective contact lenses and we have a Gyaru Finland meetup on Saturday, so you can expect some new photos then!

Today I'd like to share with you a wig tutorial I made in collaboration with a Finnish web shop called Winkie Winkie Verkkokauppa ~! They sponsored a wonderful wig for me to customize, it was super fun and the wig almost created itself. If you are interested in purchasing the same wig you can find it here~!

The tutorial is only in Finnish but if you have any questions I'll do my best to answer them!

I wanted to make a whole look around the wig so I decided to do something hime inspired to compliment the hair!

Here you can maybe see the volume a bit better~ It was really easy to create this style with this particular wig since it had volume in all the right places while the ends weren't as thick so I didn't even need to trim it at all!

Kira♥Kira♥Nugguts Autumn '14 Edition

Gah, where does the time disappear to!

It has already been over a week since I met up with my lovely nugguts. Unfortunately this time as well we were missing one sick nuggut, hopefully next time we manage to get everyone in the same place at the same time! (*3*)9

I had just talked with them the last night how it feels like my make up is already always looking just the same even though I am such a beginner, so I decided to try even a bit more bolder look this time! Usually I skip eye shadows altogether and especially now that I opted for two upper lashes you couldn't really see it at all, but it was there!

Also damn, two upper lashes were super heavy . _ . My eyes were really tired and irritated even two days afterwards =_='

Once again people's reactions were interesting to say the least, but I was expecting that since my hair was pretty fluffy (I think even more so than the pictures show). But it's not that bad when I can focus on my friends ♥

Hopefully I'll see everyone again soon, always have tons of fun with these cuties~

Autumn♥Meetup

Hello everyone! Autumn seems to be here, although it still has been relatively warm.

We had a Gyaru Finland meet up yesterday, hosted by Sofia! Thanks for making it happen! ^^

It was already quite an adventure getting to the cafe where we were supposed to meet looking like this... some people were rude but there were also these young guys who were like "COTTON CANDYYYY!!! I love it! You look awesome!" which made me really happy :'3 Random people were generally nicer this time around than before, I hope it's a trend that will stick!

I had bought a new wig and I had decided to try another sujimori for it as well! I think it turned out better than the first one so I guess I have learned at least something! ^^ I already have some ideas what to do with the third one once I decide on a color! I also have another wig project under way so I will be posting some pictures of that once I have the time to work with it!

Anyways, since I had quite a lot of hair I kept the outfit very simple. Also I didn't really have clothes to match the hair unfortunately . _ .' I wanted to wear different colored lenses but my eyes weren't cooperating so I decided to wear the ones that were actually comfy!

We didn't have as many people as I hoped for, which was a shame. But there is of course pros to having a smaller group, I think this time I got to chat at least a bit with everyone : ) 

I should've asked for more pictures together with people but I always feel so shy and don't want to bother them, gah > n < Luckily I got some with Sofia and Saga! Too bad they had to leave quite early, but it was nice to meet Saga irl since I have only talked with her online before this!

After our host left we weren't sure what to do, but soon we just decided to go to Hesburger due to it being always a bit deserted :'D After Hesburger we walked around for a bit and went to a cafe, haha! Day filled with food! Not that I'm complaining.

Eventually it was time to go home. Me and Amanda had to do some grocery shopping and as we walked to the store, some Russian guys wanted to take pictures with us :'D We agreed since they were polite enough to ask, and afterwards when we were waiting for our busses some guy came to talk to us and asked what is this style. He also wanted to take a picture and said he has never seen anything like this before, it was pretty funny how amazed he was!

It was a very nice day and I think we need to start organizing this year's Halloween Meetup soon! 

Today I went to a Magic the Gathering Prerelease event with my friends and hoooo boy, we were there for over 6 hours!! I didn't anticipate for it to last so long so now I am quite spent! I only won one out of five game sets, but it was fun nevertheless!

Sick&Dope

Just a quick outfit/face post from Saturday!

I received some new stuff last week so I wanted to do an outfit with my new cap and lenses! I tried to make it a bit CocoLulu/MajorMade inspired! I was also inspired by my friend and her awesome style!

 I ordered this Dope cap from eBay, and new green lenses from MapleLens! They were dirt cheap as they don't have prescription in them. It was super difficult to put them on since most of my lenses are a lot more firm! I had to wear glasses but I left them out of the pictures since they always block the makeup so much . _ .

I have been sick last week so I wanted to have something really simple and comfortable, I also realized I don't have any proper accessories for outfits like this. Truth be told I have no idea how to accessorize this at all, since I'd rather not be covered with super colorful plastic jewelry (reminds me of my teenage years too much!) . _ . Maybe something like golden chains and stuff, I don't know? D:

I even put some pink eyeshadow on, usually I'm too lazy to use any, ahahaha~ I don't have much room on my lid so it's barely noticeable behind my huge lashes. I actually tried a different pair of DollyWink lashes at first, but it just didn't look right and I changed to DiamondLash, I guess I am too used to these ones already >n<

Pink♥Party

Hello everyone!

We had our company's Summer Party a week ago, which was pink themed. I usually wear pink on normal days as well so since it didn't really feel like such a big deal to me compared to most of the finns, I wanted to do something more.

I spent a few hours cutting, teasing and overall fixing one of my unusable wigs and made it look pretty fabulous if I do say so myself!

I also wanted to do a heavy makeup to match the hair. I got some pointers to my last look on International Gyaru community on Facebook so I tried to implement all those tips this time!

My cute colleagues wanted us to pose like Japanese girls, haha :'D Those pink sunglasses and leis were provided by the company, I'm so happy, free pink stuff~ ^^

After posting my picture in the Facebook group I also got my first Valentine! I'm so happy and honored, not sure if the person who posted this reads my blog but if you do, thank you so much, it made my day! ^^

I have been sick for 3 days now so not feeling too great at the moment, hopefully you guys have a better weekend ahead of you! ♥

Rosy♥Mint

 I saw my dear friend Anni yesterday and decided to put some effort into my look for the occasion~ She is moving to another town to study . _ . Luckily we are both somewhat introverted nerds who have no problem keeping in touch via interwebs, but still I feel a bit sad that she is going. 

I wanted to try to do a droopy eyed make up but it turned out more round than I anticipated. Need more practice! I also got some pointers from Facebook's gyaru community so going to try those next time! ^^

KiraKiraNuggutDay

We finally had time to meet with the lovely nugguts last Sunday! Although one was missing, since Pin wasn't feeling too well and had to sit out this time >: I feel like only a half of a grumpy old man without him! Hopefully we have time to meet up with everyone soon!

I had some time to take some selfies before my guests arrived. It was so nice to just meet everyone at my place, no uncomfortable shoes and my outfit was super relaxed as well~ Just perfect for hanging out!

We ordered some pizza and watched Girl's Life, since I hadn't seen it and oh boy... I think I would've preferred to stay that way. The story didn't make much sense and the movie was filled with scenes that didn't serve any purpose at all. The homeless guy was my favorite!

Like trü gyarus, we do our make up even while eating!

My outfit, as I said, was very simple. Bow is made by me, shirt from a local clothing store's kids' section, skort is LizLisa(replica?) and socks from eBay I guess?

I have a huge dog fever and Emma was not helping at all. She is such a lovely dog, small, fluffy, well behaved, likes to be scratched and held and waaaaahhh I want a puppy sooooo badly ; _ ;

I also bought some used clothing from Ronja so you will be seeing them hopefully soon in future outfit shots, stay tuned! :3

Turku♥Times

Just a very quick post before I am heading to bed, I am so sleep deprived after this weekend.

I went to visit Turku since I was invited to my friend's birthday party, I got to hang out in a park with a bunch of awesome people, go dancing, swimming, sunbathing, movies and barbecuing! Life feels quite nice after weekends like this. Anyways, here is my outfit and face from Friday!

I had to make my own bow head band since I couldn't find one big enough from Finland! It is made out of blackout curtain :'D

My awesomely talented colleague Tuuli was kind enough to make some beautiful Skinjackin' tattoos that matched my outfit! n_n

Super♥Mini♥Meetup

Hello everyone, hopefully you have had a nice and relaxing weekend!

I was visiting my very first music festival this weekend with my sister. The festival we went to was Blockfest, which is a festival for hip hop music. I don't have any proper pictures from there, but it was my second time attending Snopp Dogg's gig and it was awesome! Also fell in love with many Finnish artists, I have a great amount of respect for how humble they were in real life and how much energy they put on their performances. Most of them were huge cuties!

(Also I got to touch Cheek's hand, squeeee~!)

I left Tampere early today to have enough time to doll myself up and attend a Gyaru Finland meetup, but when I left home I noticed some people had cancelled, some hadn't replied if they were actually coming, and in the end, it was just me and Anni!

We went to Johto Cafe to eat and drink (and take selfies :'D). After finishing up we went to a couple of stores and then set out to find a good spot to take some outfit pictures.

 Cutest Anni ♥ She is such a sweetheart and has an awesome style, no wonder she got into a fashion design school with flying colors! Too bad she has to move to another city for that! :C

End of Summer Inspo '14

Today is the day. The day when I make my first Inspiration blog post!

Most of my friends know that my favorite brand of all time is Liz Lisa! Sometimes they miss the mark on my aesthetic scale, but usually I find many items that I like a lot! But from what I have seen from this year's AW collection it looks just... well, not to my liking to say the least. For me this just looks like something that very old people would wear.

I have been going towards more of a boyish look recently, but most of the colors for men's clothing are really dark and depressing (especially so in Finland), so I have been trying to look for inspiration somewhere. And I can safely say, I have fallen in love with two brands.

First one is

Major Made!

 I really fell for this style! Not only do they have this cute boyish, hiphopvibey (it's totally a word) outfits, they also have quite clean and simple traditionally girly outfits as well!

I think what really made me feel attracted to trying a style like this is how easy and comfy it looks.

I have become so lazy using high heels these days, haha~ Hi tops all day for me please~ _:(´u`」 ∠):_

Second one is

CocoLulu!

The reasoning here is pretty much the same as before. So colorful, looks comfy and cute ´3`

I know I am like 6 years late to the CocoLulu party but whatever!
