♥International Gyaru Lovers Meetup♥

So, last weekend I went to the 4th International Gyaru Lovers Meetup which was held in Frankfurt! I have never been in a meetup outside of Finland so I was excited and nervous at the same time!

Me and Kati arrived to Frankfurt quite early on the Friday morning so it was a really nice surprise that our room was ready and we were able to check in when we got to the hotel! The staff was super nice as well and basically only thing we could complain about was the lack of a full body mirror. If you are looking for a nice hotel in Frankfurt we would recommend Hotel Manhattan!

We put on some makeup and went to explore the city! I opted for some LizLisa and Dreamv cuteness for this purpose. I wasn't super happy with my shoe choice but I wanted to be comfy and they were decent enough looks-wise. I think the shopping street would probably be really pretty during summer, now it was quite grey.

I always know I have a good thing going with someone when they agree to eat at PizzaHut! :'D ilu Kati ♥ When we had eaten Melissa had also arrived and joined us for the rest of the shopping spree. I found lovely new leather boots and shit ton of stuff from Primark. Why can't we have that store here as well? T_T

We got back to the hotel, I styled my wig (which had gotten quite horrible during the trip...) and we went to Hooters for the pre-event, but I had already taken off my wig and lashes so I was looking really basic. Didn't really talk to many people nor took any photos so not much to say about that.

 

So here is my meetup look! I was so stressed about the wig and how it would turn out since I only got to style it the evening before, but I received many compliments and was pretty happy myself as well so I guess you could say it was a success! My shirt and skorts are LizLisa, shoes from Dreamv and I made the hair accessory myself.

I think this happens to me after all the conventions and meetups, but... I wish I was braver and talked with more people. Especially since everyone I talked with seemed genuinely nice people! Hopefully next time I'll be more brave. I did get to know the people from our table though (which was the lower right corner in the picture!) and all 4 girls were so sweet, I was really happy to have landed in the same table with them! ♥

 Unfortunately all the pictures with Melissa and Kati were a bit blurry but I wanted to include this anyways ♥

We also went to the karaoke during the evening (and sung almost everyone out of the room with few people, lol!) and it was way more fun than I expected it to be. We didn't go clubbing since we wanted to get to the airport early enough on Sunday and still had to pack, but I think overall the meetup was a success and the organizers had gone through a huge effort to make it happen, so thank you Kitai and Kyo and everyone else! I hope I can make it next year as well! ^^

Winter♥Princess

Hello all!

Here's my outfit for Gyaru Finland's Xmas Meetup from last Saturday. We went to sit in a cafe, took some pictures and went to a few shops. It was quite a short meetup, I had to leave pretty early to go eat with my boyfriend~ I like shorter meetups though, since the wigs and makeup start to get really uncomfortable after some hours ^^'

I wanted to have something Christmas themed and after coming up with the outfit I realized I needed a head piece to complete the outfit. So inspired by Pin's last year Halloween outfit I decided to have a bow with some decorations on it!

You can't really tell from the pictures but I matched my piercings with my other golden jewelry~ When they have completely healed I'm going to change them to golden rings! ^^

With Pin, I am always amazed with his hair skills, I mean dayummm if that isn't the most gorgeous piece of wig I have ever seen. Until his next creation of course.

Nightmare♥Before♥Christmas

So I realized I never posted my Halloween look(s) here! Sorry about that!

So this was my outfit and make up for our company Halloween party! I won the first place on the "Scariest Costume" category and received lots of compliments, so I guess this look was a success! ^^ I liked it a lot, but can't say the same for my skin, hahaha ^^' But it was still worth it!! And I got a good excuse to wear a sailor uniform!

I also attended another party a week after, and since I wanted to be comfy and not put too much strain on my face I just opted for one small scar, since they are fun to make~ I don't have may pictures, but here's at least one! My friends lovingly called me Russian hooker ♥

Damn I love those shoes but they hurt like hell. The most painful shoes I have ever own ; _ ;

I have some pictures I haven't posted, I'll try to get to it during my Christmas vacation, I have been crazy busy and tired so I haven't had any time to update! I have promised myself that I will cut down on activities next year so I have more time to do stuff that I actually want to do! I have some wigs already waiting in line to be customized and I have some outfit ideas as well! :3 So stay tuned!

Kira♥Kira♥Nugguts Autumn '14 Edition

Gah, where does the time disappear to!

It has already been over a week since I met up with my lovely nugguts. Unfortunately this time as well we were missing one sick nuggut, hopefully next time we manage to get everyone in the same place at the same time! (*3*)9

I had just talked with them the last night how it feels like my make up is already always looking just the same even though I am such a beginner, so I decided to try even a bit more bolder look this time! Usually I skip eye shadows altogether and especially now that I opted for two upper lashes you couldn't really see it at all, but it was there!

Also damn, two upper lashes were super heavy . _ . My eyes were really tired and irritated even two days afterwards =_='

Once again people's reactions were interesting to say the least, but I was expecting that since my hair was pretty fluffy (I think even more so than the pictures show). But it's not that bad when I can focus on my friends ♥

Hopefully I'll see everyone again soon, always have tons of fun with these cuties~

Pink♥Party

Hello everyone!

We had our company's Summer Party a week ago, which was pink themed. I usually wear pink on normal days as well so since it didn't really feel like such a big deal to me compared to most of the finns, I wanted to do something more.

I spent a few hours cutting, teasing and overall fixing one of my unusable wigs and made it look pretty fabulous if I do say so myself!

I also wanted to do a heavy makeup to match the hair. I got some pointers to my last look on International Gyaru community on Facebook so I tried to implement all those tips this time!

My cute colleagues wanted us to pose like Japanese girls, haha :'D Those pink sunglasses and leis were provided by the company, I'm so happy, free pink stuff~ ^^

After posting my picture in the Facebook group I also got my first Valentine! I'm so happy and honored, not sure if the person who posted this reads my blog but if you do, thank you so much, it made my day! ^^

I have been sick for 3 days now so not feeling too great at the moment, hopefully you guys have a better weekend ahead of you! ♥

KiraKiraNuggutDay

We finally had time to meet with the lovely nugguts last Sunday! Although one was missing, since Pin wasn't feeling too well and had to sit out this time >: I feel like only a half of a grumpy old man without him! Hopefully we have time to meet up with everyone soon!

I had some time to take some selfies before my guests arrived. It was so nice to just meet everyone at my place, no uncomfortable shoes and my outfit was super relaxed as well~ Just perfect for hanging out!

We ordered some pizza and watched Girl's Life, since I hadn't seen it and oh boy... I think I would've preferred to stay that way. The story didn't make much sense and the movie was filled with scenes that didn't serve any purpose at all. The homeless guy was my favorite!

Like trü gyarus, we do our make up even while eating!

My outfit, as I said, was very simple. Bow is made by me, shirt from a local clothing store's kids' section, skort is LizLisa(replica?) and socks from eBay I guess?

I have a huge dog fever and Emma was not helping at all. She is such a lovely dog, small, fluffy, well behaved, likes to be scratched and held and waaaaahhh I want a puppy sooooo badly ; _ ;

I also bought some used clothing from Ronja so you will be seeing them hopefully soon in future outfit shots, stay tuned! :3

Super♥Mini♥Meetup

Hello everyone, hopefully you have had a nice and relaxing weekend!

I was visiting my very first music festival this weekend with my sister. The festival we went to was Blockfest, which is a festival for hip hop music. I don't have any proper pictures from there, but it was my second time attending Snopp Dogg's gig and it was awesome! Also fell in love with many Finnish artists, I have a great amount of respect for how humble they were in real life and how much energy they put on their performances. Most of them were huge cuties!

(Also I got to touch Cheek's hand, squeeee~!)

I left Tampere early today to have enough time to doll myself up and attend a Gyaru Finland meetup, but when I left home I noticed some people had cancelled, some hadn't replied if they were actually coming, and in the end, it was just me and Anni!

We went to Johto Cafe to eat and drink (and take selfies :'D). After finishing up we went to a couple of stores and then set out to find a good spot to take some outfit pictures.

 Cutest Anni ♥ She is such a sweetheart and has an awesome style, no wonder she got into a fashion design school with flying colors! Too bad she has to move to another city for that! :C
